A global directory designed around a simple principle: make kosher information easier to find, and make the source of certification visible.
Kosher-Eat.com is an independent directory. It does not issue kosher certification and is not affiliated with the rabbinical authorities listed on the site.
The current rebuild starts with the site's existing worldwide data and adds current source-backed listings from certification bodies and community directories. Existing entries that could not yet be independently confirmed are not silently deleted; they are clearly marked as needing verification.
The long-term goal is to make Kosher-Eat.com a genuinely global discovery platform, organised by country, city and category.
